Circling, an Alternative Way of Meditating

As a super (too) active person, I have a lot of difficulties to be calm and concentrated during meditation sessions and stay sit on a cushion by myself. My thoughts are always going from there to there, passing by here and coming back again (this is when I don't end up napping:-)). I recently discovered an amazing way to meditate with others where you can relax, you can talk (PHEWWW), you can learn about yourself and you can make a lot of new friends! 



How does it works? You are sit in front of a person (it can be done in a small group too). By focusing in the eyes of the person in front of you, you feel the impact of an immediate trustful relationship. It is possible to talk about what you feel and what you feel the other feels. Don't get me wrong: it can be really hard to support the stare. Whatever happens, take the opportunity to show who you really are!
